Brave the ice. Our cold baths are large communal plunge pools kept at 3-10 degrees. A character building experience that reduces inflammation, resets the nervous system and wakes up the soul. Purified with a 24/7 cleaning system.

Our social sauna is made from aromatic crafted woods with large open-facing rock beds that holds the temperature at a beautiful 90 degrees. The perfect setting for releasing stress, cleansing your body and letting conversations flow.

Our hot magnesium salt bath helps to ease muscle aches, releases tension from the body and rejuvenates your skin, leaving you with a healthy glow. Pair with an ice bath for the ultimate hot & cold therapy experience.

A leader throughout school, club, and national levels, Saiful thrives on building connections and creating a welcoming community. His background as a coach and National Service trainer fuels his drive to bring out the best in people while ensuring every member enjoys an exceptional experience.
